Hanover Street Chamber Music Festival
The Hanover Street Chamber Music Festival is an opportunity for adults who play classical instruments to receive professional coaching, meet other classical musicians in the area, and get a chance to perform chamber music repertoire. Each group will be assigned based on experience and playing level, and will receive coaching from UVMC faculty in a supportive environment. The festival culminates in an informal performance.

Chamber Music Pot Lucks
Every year, UVMC hosts a Chamber Music sight-reading and pot-luck party. This event gives pianists, string players, woodwinds, guitarists, and brass performers 18 & up the opportunity to meet other chamber music enthusiasts and play through some wonderful chamber music repertoire. UVMC helps place the participants in groups and provides all of the necessary music, and everyone brings a dish to share with the group!

Master Classes
UVMC has the pleasure to host visiting professional quartets for chamber music masterclasses at UVMC. Masterclasses are free and open to the public, so don’t miss out on these opportunities to learn from master chamber music players! Below are the dates of our currently scheduled masterclasses.
