Individual Lessons & Suzuki Program

Fall Term – Individual Lesson or Suzuki Program students who are continuing from the Spring term to the Fall term may continue with the same instructor.  Students must confirm with the registrar or their teacher that they are planning on continuing lessons in the Fall in order to reserve their place. The UVMC office will register and invoice students in the beginning of August. Payment or election of a payment plan is due before the first Fall lesson. Instructors will be in touch during the summer to schedule lesson times for the Fall.

Students who begin in the Summer term may continue with the same instructor in the Fall if space is available. All students who began individual lessons during the Summer term must contact the office to register for Fall lessons.

What do I need to do? Make sure your instructor or the UVMC Office knows that you would like to continue in the Fall. Then look for your invoice to arrive via email.

Spring Term – Fall Individual Lesson and Suzuki Program students are automatically registered for the Spring term and invoiced in the first week of January. If you have changed your lesson length, and confirmed this change with your instructor, your registration will be updated and you will be invoiced for the new lesson length. Payment in full or election of a payment plan is due before your first lesson in the Spring term.

What do I need to do? If there are no changes to your lesson length or number of lessons for the Spring term, then all you need to do is look for your invoice to arrive via email. If you are making changes, be sure to confirm with your instructor or the UVMC office.

Summer Term – Individual Lessons and the Suzuki Program continue all summer long. Flexible lesson scheduling allows students to sign up for any number of lessons at times that work with other summer plans. Keep an eye out for Continuing Student discounts. A link to the summer scheduling website is available from your instructor or by contacting the office. After you have scheduled your lessons, you will receive an invoice due by the first day of the Summer term.

If your instructor is not teaching over the summer, please contact the office to schedule summer lessons.

What do I need to do? Schedule your summer lessons using our online scheduling software. Then look for your invoice to arrive via email.
