Percussion Ensemble
Join Upper Valley Music Center’s newest ensemble for percussion players! The ensemble welcomes both students who have already started percussion in school or lessons and those who are new to the instruments. Each ensemble, elementary (grades 3-6) and middle/high school (7-12), will learn ensemble music and have the chance to try different instruments including mallets, snare drum, timpani, and many others! Students will work on sight reading skills, rhythms, holding their own part and creating an ensemble sound. The semester will culminate in an ensemble performance for friends and family.
