Judy Wild graduated from the Birmingham Conservatory, UK with an honors degree in music and teaching diplomas in both violin and piano. Her teachers included Andrew Watkinson (violin) and Frank Wibaut (piano). She also holds a violin teaching diploma from the Royal College of Music, London (ARCM). Judy received her masters in violin performance from the Royal Northern College of Music, UK studying there with Malcolm Layfield. She and her family relocated to the US in 2000. Her exposure to the Suzuki program at the UVMC (as accompanist) inspired her to further explore the Suzuki teaching method. She has done the teacher training for books I-4.
