Peter Warsaw

Piano

Trained at Harvard (A.B.) and Eastman School of Music (M.M. and D.M.A. in Piano Performance and Literature) under Russell Sherman, Leonard Shure, and Maria Luisa Faini, Warsaw has gone on to perform solo recitals, concertos—including Ravel’s G Major with the Boston Pops—and chamber music, including Beethoven and Debussy sonatas with Lynn Harrell and Yo-Yo Ma respectively. Following a career at Phillips Academy Andover—where he taught piano, chamber music, and music theory/composition—and Deerfield Academy—where he founded both the chamber music and orchestral programs—Warsaw founded and led three schools—including an arts academy—in China.
