Katie Kitchel
Music Together
Katie Kitchel has been making “music together” with families across the Upper Valley for more than a decade as the Music Together Director for Upper Valley Music Center. A graduate of Dartmouth College, she completed her Music Together training in 2004 with MT co-founder, Lili Levinowitz. Katie has previously served on the faculty of the Revels Kids program, and as the Director of Outreach at Northern Stage. She has taught music at several Upper Valley pre-schools including Hampshire Cooperative Nursery School and the Family Place. She has a passion for musical theater performance and youth theater education and loves to wiggle, play, and sing with the younger members of the community because, truly, any day becomes brighter when you can sing like a cow or dance like a chicken. Katie lives in Norwich with her husband, three sons, three dogs, and lots of musical instruments.
