Whether it is in a lesson, in front of friends, or in a concert hall, attempting to perform your absolute best in front of others can be difficult and frustrating. Luckily, regularly achieving a state of peak performance is not as elusive as it may first seem. In this class, we will explore and put into action various research-proven techniques that will help you perform your best even when the adrenaline is flowing!

Students will be paired with peers of similar ages and abilities. All students will be required to perform something new for the group each session, give constructive feedback to their peers, and integrate the various techniques talked about in our sessions into their at home practice.
