Continuing Fiddle
Fall: September 15-December 8
Tuesdays 7-8 pm*

Learn tunes and techniques in this group class for advanced beginners or those who prefer a relaxed pace. We’ll learn tunes by ear (with written music backup) from the Irish, Old Time, New England, and French Canadian traditions, and stop along the way to explore style questions and technique issues. For both fiddlers who want to expand their repertoire/upgrade their chops and classical violinists who want to try out traditional vocabulary and improvisation.
Prerequisite: advanced beginner/intermediate skill level
Length: 12 weeks, 1 hour classes
Cost: $195
4-Class Package: $75 - available for Fall 2020 online class only
