Ellie Wasson came to UVMC in 2025 from Crossroads Academy, where she was an assistant teacher for the upper elementary grades. Before moving to Lebanon in 2023, Ellie earned her bachelor’s degree in history at the University of Rochester, where she also performed as a bass guitarist and vocalist in several rock ensembles. Ellie is originally from the Detroit area, and she has been singing and playing guitar since she was 14. Outside of work, you can find her rock climbing, hiking, or skiing.
