Allison Whiteside Pollard, MT-BC, is a classically trained soprano, choral director, music educator, and board-certified music therapist. Following her graduation from Miami of Ohio, Allison performed with Cincinnati-area professional choirs, including solos in Haydn’s Creation and Handel’s Samson. She has also performed in many musical theater and operatic productions including Carmen with Opera North, and Leonard Bernstein’s MASS with May Festival. Allison teaches K-5th grade elementary music and has privately taught voice and ukulele since 2017. Most recently, Allison graduated from Lesley University with her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy and acquired her board-certification in music therapy.
