This class offers pianists an opportunity to make music with others while developing essential ensemble and sight-reading skills. In addition, students discover new literature and analyze and discuss elements of form and composition contained therein. Sight-reading challenges are managed according to students’ experience and ability, finding them where they are and building from there.
This workshop is open to students ages 8-12, with recommendation from their piano teacher.
