Nate Sperl’s musical journey began at the age of six when he first picked up a guitar, and he’s been playing ever since! Today, Nate brings with him a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and a deep-rooted love for teaching that is apparent in every lesson. Nate loves fostering a teaching environment where creativity and musical emotion thrive among students of all ages, and finds such an immense joy in music that he loves sharing with others through teaching.
Here at UVMC, Nate’s teaching repertoire extends from private one-on-one sessions, to engaging group lessons, that encompass both guitar and ukulele proficiency, as well as the art of songwriting. Whether delving into specific pieces or refining general instrumental techniques, Nate’s versatility and flexible teaching styles span across a spectrum of musical genres, to adapt to his students’ preferences and aspirations. Beyond teaching, Nate finds solace in crafting melodies, writing music, and navigating the world of music production.
