The Little Prince Treble Ensemble
Opera North Rehearsals & Performances June 16-19
Upper Valley Music Center partners with Opera North this summer on an exciting project that will give young singers the opportunity to participate in a fully-staged, fully costumed, professional production with orchestra!
Opera North will present the opera The Little Prince by Rachel Portman at the Blow-Me-Down Farm in Cornish, NH on June 27, 28 & 29. The performance includes a small number of youth singers who will sing with the professional cast. The youth singers will learn and rehearse the music under the direction of Upper Valley Music Center’s voice instructor Allison Pollard and then join full rehearsals with Opera North.

Rehearsal and performance schedule:
There will be no planned absences permitted. For the safety and comfort of the performers, two volunteer parent chaperones will be present at each of the events in Cornish.

Minimum/Maximum Enrollment: 10-20
Faculty: Allison Pollard
Prerequisite: Singers must be able to match pitch/sing accurately in the treble (soprano) range (middle C to F at the top of the musical staff)
Tuition: $100
