Learn the art and science of DJing with DJ Sean! The curriculum for DJ Academy includes the history of DJ’ing, reviewing and testing key equipment, mixing and playing music, downloading and organizing your own music library, and the entrepreneurial skills of starting and running a DJ business.  While learning to use the musical elements of tempo, genre, form, and layering as a DJ, students will also build self confidence, goal-setting skills, and work as a team to produce an event.

This Spring we’re offering 2 sections:
2-3 pm Ages 12-15
3:30-4:30 pm Adults

Ages: 12-15 (Grades 7-9) or Adults
Length: 8 weeks, one hour classes
Faculty: DJ Sean (Sean Hay)
Cost: $230
Minimum/Maximum Enrollment: 4/7
