Tuition
Tuition is paid through our secure online registration and payment system. If you need to make other arrangements, including payment with check or cash, please contact us at info@uvmusic.org or 603-448-1642.
Ensembles, Group Classes and Workshops: Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment to secure your place.
Lessons for the Spring and Fall Semesters: Tuition is collected in automated monthly installments, or students may elect to pay the full tuition payment before the first lesson begins.
Summer Lessons are scheduled individually. Tuition is due at the time of enrollment to secure your time slot.
Tuition Assistance & Discounts
Need-based tuition assistance is available. Please visit the Tuition Assistance page for more information. Households with multiple members enrolled in the Individual Lesson, Suzuki, and/or Mini-Group Lesson Programs receive a discount of 10% off their total lesson tuition. Students enrolled in the Individual Lesson, Suzuki, and/or Mini-Group Lesson Programs can receive a discount for enrolling in certain group classes and ensembles. Please check class listings for applicable programs.
Individual Lesson, Mini-Groups, and Suzuki Programs 2025-26
Tuition is based on a 16-week semester. Tuition fees for individual lessons will be pro-rated for new students who enroll after the term has started.
Trial Lessons: Trial lessons in the Individual Lesson Program are $57 for 30 minutes, $79 for 45 minutes, and $100 for 60 minutes.

Fees
Registration Fee: Enrollments in lessons – including the Individual Lesson, Suzuki, and/or Mini-Group Lesson Programs – include an annual registration fee of $45. This fee is only applied to the first registration of each household. This fee does not apply to trial lessons or lessons scheduled during the summer term.
Late Fee: Registrations that are not paid partially or in full before the first lesson or class will be charged a late fee of $45.

Group class and ensemble tuition varies by offering and length of session. Please visit the Online Course Catalog for pricing. Please note that tuition for group classes and ensembles cannot be pro-rated.
