UVMC-in-Schools

UVMC provides area elementary schools with on-site string instruction in a group setting. All Strings-in-Schools programs are offered in cooperation with local school systems. This program is a great opportunity for children to learn a string instrument, conveniently offered in their own school community. Registration information for participating schools will be available at the beginning of the school year. For more information contact the UVMC directly.

Strings-in-School (SnS) Program Description:
Group lessons for beginner to intermediate students in grades 5-5 on string instruments - violin, viola, cello;
Minimum average class size is 7. Register based on student’s level of experience (beginner/intermediate)
