Singing for the Stage

and Singing for the Stage Jr.
Student singers work on musical theater pieces

This class is an introduction to vocal instruction and performance for young singers who are interested in voice lessons or just love singing along to favorite Disney and musical theater songs! In a welcoming and fun environment, students learn the fundamentals of singing and acting using musical theater songs. Weekly classes include individual instruction on solo pieces, solo performance, and support from a collaborative pianist. The repertoire, activities, and performance format are all chosen to support young singers’ voices and encourage healthy vocal technique and confidence on stage. The class will culminate in an opportunity to share music with family and friends.

Singing for the Stage Jr. welcomes students grade 3-5, 5:30-6:30 pm. Singing for the Stage welcomes students in grades 6-8, 6:45-8 pm. For inquiries about placement, please contact the office.
